Senior PPC (Pay Per Click) Specialist

Position Summary

The Senior Paid Search Associate is responsible for administering and helping to manage Pay Per Click and paid promotion media strategies for clients, with a focus on Google Adwords. This position is a client facing role and you will be dealing directly with clients. In this position, you’ll need to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords and other search platforms for a variety of clients
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
  • Provide creative copy for ads
  • Create landing pages including copy using Unbounce and WordPress
  • Develop with strategies to improve performance across all paid campaigns
  • Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals
  • Create new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives
  • Stay on top of PPC industry trends and developments
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
  • The PPC Specialist is expected to ensure that all Facebook Ad, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter ad accounts and campaigns under 2p management are in good health and performing in accordance with the agreed objectives and guidelines.
  • Manage Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter paid campaigns of the company and its clients to ensure adherence to the agreed goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute a paid campaign strategy that will provide significant and quality returns to the business – includes the full PPC planning from keyword identification, landing page & content development, ad copywriting and analytics integration
  • Identify and create an optimal media plan to support the campaign strategy to ensure cost-efficiency and that the campaign returns are maximized
  • End-to-end management of existing paid campaigns on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter – tracking & monitoring of relevant KPIs and metrics, analysis of results, and calibration of campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Translate analytic reports from Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads to performance reports that provide business insights and recommendations that can
  • Implement relevant A/B and Multivariate testing on Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Landing Pages and other relevant channels or platforms as necessary to improve campaign performances
  • Collaborate with other teams such as creatives, tech, content, and other members to produce creative and engaging campaigns
  • Train and mentor Junior PPC Specialists to ensure that the team is updated on the industry best practices and relevant changes on the policies and guidelines of Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter paid advertizing
  • Develop, review and calibrate PPC processes that help standardize and ensure the quality of the team’s output

Desired Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years paid search experience
  • Familiar with Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads and other paid promotion channels
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with clients and internal team
  • Creative and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively

Skills and Qualities we look for:

 

Education:

  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations

Experiences:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.

Languages:

  • English & Arabic are must, Turkish is a plus.
