Senior Content Creator

Position Summary

Content Creator’s mission is to write and publish various types of pieces for our company’s & clients web pages, like articles, ebooks and social media posts in addition to producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and products.

We are looking for someone who is serious about a career in content marketing and digital PR. As a Senior Content Creator, you will be tasked with helping start-ups grow–sometimes from the ground up. We’re seeking a candidate who can dedicate themselves to this task and who also has a passion for helping organizations execute their overall mission and goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver strategic content plans – successful candidate should be able to demonstrate successful outcomes from communications activities they have conceptualized, developed and executed
  • Demonstrate experience in how to tell a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that engages audience
  • Skilled at both long-form content creation and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution strategies
  • Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate with brand, product and sales managers to create promotional concepts
  • Manage content across all platforms
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
  • Write clear, persuasive, original copy on behalf of clients

Skills and Qualities we look for:

 

Education:

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, Journalism, PR or any relevant field

 

Experiences:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

 

Other abilities:

  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
  • Portfolio of published articles
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • Time-management skills
  • Familiarity with SEO
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing
  • Ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Able to work independently

 

Languages:

  • English & Arabic are must, Turkish is a plus
