Position Summary


The Accountant is responsible of performing the daily accounting tasks that will support the finance department, it includes managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into database and reconciling invoices.

Key Responsibilities/Duties


• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Create and update expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms
• Prepare bank deposits
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Assist with the payroll process
• Participate with the internal and external audits

Required skills (Education, experience, languages, and abilities)


  • Education: BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
  • Experiences: Work experience as an Accountant or Accounting Clerk.
  • Languages: English and Arabic are must, Turkish is a plus.
  • Other abilities:

1- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
2- Familiarity with finance regulations
3- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
4- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
5- Organization skills
6- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
