Head of Customer Success

Position Summary

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
Ultimately, the Account Manager should collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with the products and services in the long-run.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creating customer success plans that leverage insights and best practices, ensure clarity, drive alignment, and earn customer commitment.
  • Checking-in with customers at all levels to make sure they are achieving the success they expect.
  • Continuously contributing to the 2P customer success program via improved processes, playbooks, data, insights, and coaching.
  • Maximize CLV.
  • Ensure all project’s deliverables for all clients are delivered on time.
  • Maintaining healthy communication with the teams to ensure the delivered = the expected.

 

Skills and Qualities we look for:

 

Education:

  • MBA, relevant field.

 

Experiences:

  • 5 years’ experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager with 2 years of team management experience.

 

Languages:

  • English and Arabic are must, Turkish is a plus.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent expectation management and objection handling skills.
  • Strong listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Sound knowledge with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
