Customer Service and Sales Agent

Position Summary

The Customer Service and Sales Agent is responsible for providing outstanding and high-quality service to customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are effectively met. The role also involves actively promoting sales processes and achieving sales targets through positive customer interactions and offering appropriate solutions

Key Responsibilities/Duties

Customer Service:

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or live chat efficiently and professionally.

• Providing support and assistance to customers regarding products and services.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and effectively meeting their needs.

• Following up on customer orders and resolving any issues that may arise with products or services.

Sales:

• Advising customers on suitable products and services.

• Promoting sales through effective marketing and sales strategies.

• Following up and closing deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Managing orders and monitoring inventory to ensure the availability of required products.

Database Management:

• Accurately recording customer details and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Periodically updating information related to customers, orders, and reports.

Internal Collaboration:

• Coordinating with other teams, such as shipping and marketing, to ensure smooth workflow.

• Participating in regular meetings and providing reports on sales performance and customer service.

Training and Development:

• Attending training courses to develop skills and knowledge related to products and services.

• Keeping up with the latest market trends to improve sales and customer service strategies.
